MONSUN Chain Conveyor for biomass products
A versatile conveyor for transport of coarse pieces of woodchips, cut straw or other complex biomass products ensuring trouble-free operation.
The chain conveyor can be supplied with a double chain system where the link chains are placed in a shielded rail system in the side of the casing preventing odd and large material from getting entangled in the chain. This ensures a safe and efficient operation when using voluminous and light weight bio products.
Chain conveyors are produced either in stainless steel suited for hot material or in galvanized or painted execution. Hardox side wear plates are standard.
Sharpened sprockets and special MONSUN ploughs clean the chain in front of the sprocket to secure a smooth handling of the biomass raw material.
